If you ever find yourself going through Puerto Princessa airport, check out this Crossing Bridges. According to some travelers who’ve been there recently, this cafe serves not only what is probably the best caffeine brew in town but burgers as well.
Located just outside the airport (rumor has it they will make it even easier for people to access it from the airport), this joint also serves alamit, the Philippine version of kopi luwak. This latter brew, also known as civet coffee, from Indonesia is considered by many to be the finest coffee in the world and certainly the most expensive (see related article).
So whether you wanta great burger or decide to go on coffee adventure, check out Crossing Bridges.
